Late on a Tuesday night, Zone One at Elsewhere quickly filled with an eager crowd awaiting to be serenaded by the lovelies Yohuna and Hazel English. Opening the show was Brooklyn based artist Yohuna who used her synth machine and electric guitar to accompany her ethereal vocals that delivered pure dream pop. Before her set, she mentioned that the last time she saw Hazel English perform at Zone One...she was working the door! Her latest LP Patientness channels emotions of anger and heartbreak while also maintaining a peaceful and uplifting spirit.
